Yolanda Jiménez is a partner in our HR Consultancy Practice Group.

She has developed his career over 20 years within the field of Human Resources Consultancy. She has managed and implemented projects within different HR disciplines: Remuneration Strategy, Talent Management, Change Management, HR Strategy, Transforming the HR Function, Coaching and Assessment Directive, Organization and Communication.

She has led and developed projects advising clients, designing and implementing policies, tools and procedures for the proper management of people in organizations, both nationally and internationally.

She is a consultant to various Compensation Committees and Management Committees and she teaches in several Spanish universities.

Yolanda works as a columnist in financial newspapers, blogger at "Expansion" (One of the most important economic journals country), which addresses the issues of greatest impact on the market in the field of HR.

She has a degree in Mathematics from the UCM (Complutence University of Madrid).
