Lana is a Partner in Amman office who specializes in corporate commercial, M&A, Public Private Partnerships and Regulatory Reform. Lana has legal experience working in Jordan, Qatar, UAE, Kuwait, and United States of America.

Lana has worked on various forms of Acquisitions and Investments, representing Private Equity Houses, Venture Capital Funds and other local, regional and international parties, advising on suitable corporate entities and structuring, negotiating and drafting transaction documents often in cross-jurisdiction deals.

As part of the Regulatory Reform Practice, Lana consulted in numerous assignments under USAID funded projects in Jordan. Lana also worked on a number of regulatory reform projects with regional governments involving commercial licensing reform and development of municipal codes.

Lana attained her LLM in Intellectual Property and Technology Law from the University of Washington School of Law, USA and has a diploma in International Mergers and Acquisitions from the College of Law of England and Wales.

She is a member of the Jordan Bar Association and the State Bar of California. She is also a Panellist with WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Centre and speaks English and Arabic.
