Practice notes
Claire advises on banking litigation, including mis-selling, fraud and data protection, advising financial institutions on claims issued against them, as well as providing broader strategic advice.
Claire also acts for a cryptocurrency exchange provider dealing with pre-action and post-issue litigation, considering multi-jurisdictional issues, the regulation of cryptoassets and providers, and how causes of action may arise and are resolved in this newly developing area of disputes.
More recently Claire has been involved in pensions litigation, assisting on claims against SIPP providers following the decision in Russell Adams -v- Options UK Personal Pensions LLP, in which this firm acted for Options.
