Daniel is a partner in our corporate practice. He has over 20 years of experience in TMT M&A with a specialism in Telecoms.

His TMT deals include:

  • acting NCC Group plc on its E135m acquisition of Fox-IT
  • acting for Daisy Telecommunications on its £612m take private
  • acting for the sellers on the £1Billion sale of Digital Wholesale Solutions to Inflexion Private Equity Partners
  • acting for the sellers on the sale of Phones4U to Providence Private Equity for £1.1Billion
  • acting on the sale of Dextra and 20:20 Mobile to Doughty Hanson Private Equity for £400m
  • acting for the sellers on the sale of Singlepoint4U to Vodafone for £500m
  • acting for NNC Group plc in its public bid for Accumuli PLC for £54m

Daniel is a recognised leading corporate lawyer (Chambers and Legal 500) and was North West Business Insider Magazine's "Dealmaker of the Decade".
