Rachel is a consultant of the Hong Kong office of Eversheds Sutherland. She specialises in equity capital markets, corporate finance and mergers and acquisition transactions. She also has extensive experience in general commercial work. She is admitted to practice as a solicitor in Victoria Australia, and speaks fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin). She obtained Bachelor of Commerce (Finance and International Commerce) and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Melbourne, Australia.
