Practice notes
Zeid is a partner in the corporate practice and is based in the Dubai office. Zeid focuses his practice on domestic and cross-border M&A and private equity transactions. He has advised on a broad range of international acquisitions and disposals, including MBOs, joint ventures, secondary buy-outs, divestitures, co-investments, consortium arrangements and trade sales. He acts for a wide range of clients including private equity firms and other financial sponsors, corporates and government entities. During his career, Zeid has acted on a number of cross-border M&A transactions across the MENA region, Turkey, Southeast Asia and the United States.

Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland, Zeid was Counsel with Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP in Dubai. Before moving to Dubai, he spent several years practising as a corporate finance lawyer at an international law firm in New York. He is admitted to practice as an attorney in the State of New York and received his Juris Doctor from the George Washington University Law School in 2001. He received a Bachelor of Arts from Cornell University in 1998.
