Practice notes

Philipp Hanekamp is an Associate in the Litigation and Dispute Management practice group of Eversheds Sutherland in Munich.

In this role, he advises and represents clients within the framework of legal disputes before the German civil courts, in particular in the areas of insurance law, product liability law and product conformity. He advises companies on the enforcement of claims in connection with product defects or damage events and the defence against such claims. Philipp’s activities also comprise general commercial law matters. He advises international companies in complex cross-border legal disputes.

Philipp studied law at the University of Regensburg. He completed the second legal state examination in 2019 at Nuremberg Higher Regional Court.
