Practice notes

Rebecca is an Associate in our Human Resources practice group in Leeds specialising in employment law. Rebecca qualified as a solicitor in October 2014 and joined Eversheds in December 2015. She advises on both contentious and non-contentious matters.

Rebecca regularly acts for clients in Employment Tribunal litigation, including defending many claims involving discrimination issues, unfair dismissal, and breach of contract.

Rebecca's non-contentious experience includes advising on large collective redundancy exercises, the application of TUPE, providing day to day HR advice to clients, drafting employment contracts, service agreements and policies and procedures, and assisting on corporate support due diligence exercises.
