David is a Senior Associate in our Banking and Finance team, advising on all aspects of finance transactions including corporate refinancing, acquisition and leveraged finance, international debt finance, education finance and real estate finance. His clients include a combination of banks, debt funds, education providers and corporate borrowers.

His recent experience includes:

  • acting for a syndicate of lenders on a £50,000,000 committed revolving credit facility (plus an accordion) advanced to a corporate borrower
  • acting for a corporate borrower in connection with the amendment and restatement of a cross-border term and revolving facility agreement for up to €70,000,000
  • acting for an education provider in connection with a revolving credit facility for up to £40,000,000, incorporating an ESG margin ratchet
  • acting for a bank in connection with the amendment and restatement of a £60,000,000 term loan facility advanced to a property investment company
