Kelly is an Associate in our Real Estate Litigation group. She specialises in a wide range of real estate litigation matters and regularly acts for both commercial and residential clients, as well as land owners and corporate occupiers.

Significant cases that Kelly recently acted on: working on the firm’s largest single rent review and enfranchisement matter in a multi-million pound dispute involving the Ministry of Defence; settling a substantial high-profile claim in relation to a property for a major financial services client; acting for a large Local Authority in relation to a significant overage dispute; ongoing work for a housing developer relating to multiple enfranchisement claims.

Kelly acts for clients in the financial services, energy, retail and entertainment sectors. Kelly also has specialist expertise in advising clients on the Building Safety Act.

Kelly is a member of the Property Litigation Association.
