Practice notes

Kate is a Senior Associate in our Banking and Finance group and is based in London.

Kate advises clients on a wide variety of finance transactions, with a particular focus on domestic and cross-border real estate finance transactions.

Kate also has experience acting for lenders and borrowers, including financial institutions, private equity firms and corporate borrowers, on acquisition finance, debt restructurings and general banking matters.

Kate has strong cross-border experience, having worked across various jurisdictions and having previously undertaken secondments to the Berlin and Frankfurt offices of a leading European law firm.

Qualifications and education

  • University of Law – Legal Practice Course and MSc Law, Business and Management, Distinction (2016)
  • Cardiff University – LLB Law and German, First Class Honours (2015)
