Practice notes
Emily is a Principal Associate in our Human Resources Practice Group. Emily qualified in 2007 and has dealt with employment tribunal matters since qualification.
Emily has considerable experience of employment tribunal litigation and deals with employment tribunal claims from unfair dismissal through to complex discrimination claims and appears as an advocate in the Employment Tribunal.
Emily also deals with non-contentious matters including advising clients on the employment aspects of corporate transactions, business reorganisations and redundancies and employee severances. Emily is also a member of our Business Immigration Group who provide corporate immigration advice working closely with businesses seeking to manage an international workforce. Emily's experience includes dealing with queries concerning the prevention of illegal working and immigration issues arising from the recruitment process. She also advises on all aspects of the Points Based System in the UK, sponsor registration and sponsorship obligations and intra-group transfers.
