Jo is a Partner in our Construction group and is a specialist in the preparation and negotiation of construction contracts in the Energy and Infrastructure sectors. She advises on EPC, EPCM, O&M and Framework Agreements and all forms of standard form construction and engineering documentation (such as FIDIC, LOGIC, NEC and IChemE contracts). - A Chinese investor on the due diligence of the construction contracts for Hinkley Point C
- Southstream in connection with the preparation and negotiation of the construction contracts for the supply and installation of a major gas pipeline under the Black Sea
- A government body on the FEED, EPC and Project Documents for the construction of a legacy cylinder facility at a nuclear licensed site
- A Middle Eastern power business on the development of several new thermal power facilities in Europe
- A utility company in connection with the contract documentation for the AMP7 programme
