Practice notes

Katrina is an Associate in our Employment Group. She qualified at an international law firm in 2017. She has experience of employment tribunal litigation and her contentious workload includes unfair dismissal, unlawful deduction of wages, whistleblowing and discrimination claims. She has also dealt with breach of contract claims in the Employment Tribunal.

In addition to her contentious practice, Katrina gives advice in relation to non-contentious matters such as issues relating to proposals to change terms and conditions of employment, absence/performance management, settlement agreements, service agreements, policy review exercises and drafting contractual terms.
