Margarita is an international lawyer with 25 years’ experience in Energy and Infrastructures. She has worked for international oil companies, engineering and construction companies, financial investors and governments in more than 30 countries in America, Asia, Africa and Europe. She has predominantly developed her work in the Oil & Gas and LNG Sectors being currently one of the most active in the sector in Spain.

Currently holding the position of President of the Spanish Association of Companies for Investigation, Exploration and Production of Hydrocarbons and Underground Storage (ACIEP) has a good relationship with international and national associations throughout Europe.

Margarita was a speaker at different exhibitions on Research and Exploration of Hydrocarbons in the Advanced Course on Energy Law of the Spanish Energy Club - since 2008, the Promotion of good practices in the energy sector in the Spanish Energy Club, in Conferences on the Legal Regime of Hydrocarbons in the Enterprise Institute, Higher Energy Institute, Seminar on the Legal Framework of the Fight against Corruption and other forums.

She has also authored articles on the Legal Regime of Hydrocarbons in the News Magazine of the European Union and other sector publications.

He is a member of ICAM and AIPN.
