Dawn is a Partner in our Real Estate team, experienced in real estate transactions in all their guises but specialising in acting for major corporate clients across a broad range of practice areas.

Examples of Dawn's recent experience include:

  • Acting for a utility company on their voluntary registration of their 7000 strong property portfolio.
  • Acting for national retailers on their acquisition, estate management and strategic development programmes in a variety of locations from tertiary to high class shopping centres, flagship stores and distribution centres by developing and implementing bespoke, streamlining processes.
  • Acting on the largest property transaction (in size and value) in the Nottingham market in 2010.
  • Acting on the transfer of £70 million of gross leasehold liabilities on 177 surplus properties - the first major outsource of a pure lease liability portfolio.
  • Providing corporate support on both asset and share sales, most recently the sale of a plc for £43 million involving 170 properties.
