Practice notes

Felix Hörl is an Associate in the Labour and Employment Law practice group at Eversheds Sutherland in Munich.

He advises national and international companies on all matters of employment and labour law, both in and out of court.

His area of activity encompasses in particular all aspects of cooperating and negotiating with works councils as well as all questions in the area of termination law.

Moreover, Felix is regularly entrusted with issues regarding employee data protection and employment contract law, in particular with the drafting and reviewing of employment contracts.

In addition to working for Eversheds Sutherland, Felix currently writes his doctoral thesis with respect to a works constitution law-related topic.

Felix studied law at Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich. During his legal traineeship at Munich Higher Regional Court, he worked inter alia for several renowned law firms and a software company in Munich.

Felix's recent experience includes:

  • Regular legal advice as well as representation before court of a German zinc coating company, a waste disposal company and a processor of flight passenger data, all of which rank among the largest companies in their field, as well as of a major insurance company
