Claudia is an investment funds partner in the Luxembourg office focusing on regulated and unregulated alternative investment funds.

Claudia represents international sponsors and investors in dealing with regulatory, corporate and organisational aspects of structuring and creating regulated and unregulated funds with a specific focus on private debt and real estate funds.

She has a broad experience across asset classes advising on open-ended and closed-ended funds, underlying portfolio vehicles, carried interest as well as employee vehicles.

Claudia regularly participates in extracurricular groups on private debt and real estate funds.

  • Master in international law, Université Bordeaux IV (France), 2009
