Practice notes
Rob is a Partner in the Real Estate Dispute Resolution team.
He acts on all aspects of contentious property and portfolio management issues including: high-profile tenant insolvencies, complex dilapidations, service charge and rent review disputes, strategically important contested lease renewals and high-value break options and arrears claims, as well as complex development and site clearance issues.
Rob advises clients across many sectors, with particular focus on the Real Estate Sector (institutional landlords and investment funds), Consumer Sector and the Financial Institutions Sector.
Rob's recent notable experience includes leading on a cross-practice High Court Injunction, advising in relation to a number of high profile retail CVAs and insolvencies and also leading on significant development and regeneration work streams, including the £1.5 billion redevelopment of a London Shopping Centre.
Rob is quoted as being "a really skilled practitioner. He is technically excellent and produces great, commercial advice". He is currently ranked as a “next generation lawyer” in the Legal 500 and is also a member of the Property Litigation Association and the British Property Federation.
