Practice notes

Sarah is a Principal Associate in our Financial Services Disputes and Investigations team. She specialises in financial services related disputes and manages a large portfolio of commercial recovery disputes for a major retail bank.

Sarah has over 10 years’ experience in dealing with enforcement of guarantees and third party security, financial product mis-selling claims, Consumer Credit Act litigation, debt and asset recovery and satisfactory quality disputes. Her recent experience also includes being involved in a high-profile project for a major banking client where their past business practices were investigated by the Financial Conduct Authority.

Sarah is currently on secondment to the Consumer and Retail Finance Legal Team of a leading bank where she is dealing with a range of disputes including product mis-selling, PPI, bank charges and asset finance recoveries.

Sarah is a contributor to Motor Finance and regularly attends committee meetings and events at the Finance and Leasing Association (FLA).
