Oliver is an Associate in our Pensions Team and joined the firm following completion of his training contract with the Pensions Regulator.

He acts for trustee and sponsor clients in relation to both DB and DC pension schemes and regularly supports on corporate transactions. His recent experience includes advising on benefit change exercises, risk transfers such as buy-ins and buy-outs and member complaints. He also has experience advising public sector clients, particularly in relation to the Local Government Pension Scheme.

Having trained with the Pensions Regulator, Oliver is very familiar with the regulation of occupational pension schemes and frequently advises on matters involving the Regulator.

Oliver is a regular speaker at seminars and events and has recently presented to the Association of Pension Lawyers and the Local Government Pensions Committee.
