Kyle is an associate in our Corporate team. Having begun his career in our US offices, Kyle is a dual-qualified lawyer, licensed in both England and Wales and the State of Georgia.

Kyle focuses particularly on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions (M&A), divestments, and corporate reorganisations. He has supported clients on transactions in a diverse range of industries, including automotive, building products, technology and media, aerospace and defence, payments, insurance, and renewable energy.

Kyle frequently supports US-headquartered clients on acquisitions or divestments of UK businesses, and vice versa.

Awards and rankings

  • member of core deal team which was awarded Insurance Team of the Year at the 2022 Legal Business Awards for its work with Aon on the acquisition of actuarial software platform Tyche from technology and software firm RPC Tyche

Kyle’s experience includes the following:

  • advising G4S on the reorganisation of its global cash businesses and on the majority sale of its conventional cash businesses to The Brink’s Company
  • advising Aon on its acquisition of actuarial software platform Tyche from technology and software firm RPC Tyche
  • advising the management team of Saunderson House on £150m sale to Rathbones
  • advising Cox Enterprises in the sale of a majority stake in Cox Media Group’s television stations to Apollo Global Management
  • advising Columbia Care on its public listing on the Canadian NEO Stock Exchange, the first company with an enterprise value of over $1 billion to do so
  • advising FLEETCOR Technologies, Inc., in its acquisition of Associated Foreign Exchange (AFEX)
  • advising the management shareholders on the sale of Random42 from Graphite to Ares-backed Lockwood
  • advising Lion Little World Beverages on its acquisition of New Belgium Brewing
