Practice notes

Jennifer is an Associate in our Litigation and Dispute Management group, specialising in construction matters.

She has experience in advising on a variety of different dispute resolution mechanism, including adjudication and litigation.

Jennifer can also assist with transactional construction work, having previously advised on building contracts, consultant appointments, novation agreements and warranties.
