Practice notes

Alexandra’s practices focus primarily on Corporate and M&A, Employment and Data Privacy matters, leading also the ES Disrupt programme of our office.

Alexandra has been involved in complex projects related to Romanian and EU data protection issues, including managing investigations of the data protection supervisory authorities, dealing with data breaches and negotiating and concluding data processing agreements and structuring data protection compliance programs for our clients acting on several industries.

Co-heading the employment practice of our office, Alexandra is assisting various national and international companies on day-to-day employment matters but also on wider strategic projects, including for implementing high profile reorganisations and strategic projects focused on the workforce.

Through the ES Disrupt initiative, Alexandra coordinates the projects focused on the start-ups and scale-ups active on the Romanian market, assisting them during their scale-up process and also during investment rounds from key VCs operating on the Romanian & European market.
