Practice notes

Nikki is a Senior Associate in our Litigation and Dispute Management group based in our Manchester office.

Nikki has experience of a broad range of commercial disputes including breach of contract claims, tortious claims, breaches of restrictive covenants, shareholder disputes and warranty claims.

As well as dealing with Court proceedings on behalf of clients, Nikki is frequently instructed in an advisory capacity by clients to develop pragmatic solutions and minimise risks and exposure including risks to cost, resources and reputation.

Nikki’s recent experience includes:

  • advising on a breach of contract claim for $6m brought in the Technology and Construction Court,
  • advising on a SPA warranty breach claim following an acquisition,
  • providing advice to a client within the oil and gas sector in relation to its potential risk exposure in a breach of contract claim,
  • providing advice in relation to supplier and customer contracts to large PLC in the Aerospace industry

Qualifications and education

  • Distinction in Legal Practice Course, University of Law, London
  • LLB Law with Criminology, University of Sheffield
