Isabelle obtained her Master’s degree in Law at the Université Catholique de Louvain-la-Neuve (2012). She also obtained a LL.M. in European law at the King’s College of London (2014 – With Merit) and a Complementary Master in Social Law at the Université Libre de Bruxelles (2020 – Magna cum laude).
Isabelle is a qualified lawyer at the Brussels Bar.
She practices employment law and social security law.
More particularly she specializes in individual employment law (dismissals and protections, harassment, work incapacity, changes in working conditions, competition, …) and in collective employment law (collective labour agreements, collective redundancies, social aspects of reorganizations/transfers of undertakings, working time, …) as well as in social security law (international mobility, social control, …).
She assists Belgian and international companies, public institutions and private individuals in the framework of judicial proceedings and legal advice.
Isabelle is speaker at seminars and author of articles of doctrine in employment law.
She started her career as legal advisor in a multinational company before joining the Brussels Bar in 2016.
Isabelle joined the Eversheds HRPG group in 2020.
