Practice notes

Wyn is head of our legal project management team, based in London. Wyn qualified with Eversheds Sutherland as a corporate lawyer in 2001 and has over 18 years’ experience as a corporate lawyer. Wyn has been lead project manager on a number of large multi-jurisdictional transactions including a number of re-organisations involving over 40 jurisdictions. Wyn also implemented project management training across all our UK and US offices and has developed Eversheds Sutherlands project management precedents.
