Director of the Criminal Procedure Department with extensive experience in defense and representation in proceedings with civil, commercial and criminal jurisdictions, focusing primarily on socio-economic crimes (fraud, misappropriation, documentary falsehoods, frauds ...).

Management and legal counsel in all kinds of commercial litigation, contractual and non-contractual liability, compliance / breach, interpretation and validity of contracts, claims for defective product, represented both individuals and important national and international companies.
