Glynn is a senior associate in the Environmental and Sustainable Development Team and Litigation departments at Eversheds Sutherland (KZN).

He has a general commercial practice with a keen interest in environmental law, renewable energy, sustainable development and environmental compliance.

Examples of Glynn’s recent environmental experience includes:

  • representing a JSE listed company in an urgent High Court application interdicting the illegal mining operations on farms directly adjacent to client’s farming operations in the Bronkhortspsuit region;
  • compiling environmental legal compliance registers;
  • advising on provisions of national water act;
  • advising on regulatory processes for renewable energy and major developments;
  • advising on general environmental authorisations pertaining to inter alia water use licences, air emissions licences and waste management licences
