Practice notes

Shivani is a Senior Associate in our construction and engineering team, specialising in non-contentious work for a range of clients in both the public and private sectors.

Her recent experience includes assisting on the construction elements of several development finance deals, and has advised on the redevelopment of multiple mixed use developments.

She is also experienced in the drafting and negotiating of the full construction package including building contracts (based on standard form documents or bespoke contracts), appointments and ancillary documents working on behalf of developers and contractors.
