Mozahem is the Senior partner in our company commercial group, and the Managing partner of our Baghdad office. He advises local and international clients on regional investment ventures, social security, labor Law, banking, insurance, real estate, M&A, general commercial and tax.
Mozahem has extensive experience in corporate registrations and licensing and has an excellent understanding of corporate structures in Iraq. He and his team have registered more than 150 fully owned subsidiaries/joint ventures, branches/representative offices for various international clients.
Mozahem is ranked in Band 3 for General Business Law in Iraq by Chambers Global 2022 and is quoted by clients as “always goes the extra mile to reach the best possible outcome”.
