Sarah is a senior associate in our CCPG group and has experience in a wide array of non – contentious and contentious corporate and commercial matters. Sarah is admitted to the Jordanian Bar Association.
Sarah advises on all aspects of transactional work from the preliminary stages to post – completion. She also drafts, reviews, negotiates and advises on various agreements including but not limited to construction (FIDIC – based) contracts, financing documents (including a $ 98 million dollar facility arrangement for the construction of a prominent hotel in Jordan), supply agreements, licensing, distribution, concession, and joint venture agreements. Sarah drafted, negotiated and finalized the shareholders agreement for and was heavily involved in the incorporation of the first credit bureau in Jordan.
Sarah has also focused on contentious matters relating to construction disputes, including a multi-million dollar construction dispute between an international contractor and a Jordanian public shareholding company. She is also an associate member of the London Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
