Emma specialises in pensions law, advising trustees and corporates on a wide range of issues including liability risk reduction for legacy defined benefit pension schemes, consolidating pension arrangements and advising on auto enrolment requirements.
Emma originally trained as a litigator retains an interest in disputes. She advises on Pension Ombudsman cases, deals with court applications including professional negligence claims and handles representative beneficiary cases. She also deals with matters that come before the Pensions Regulator.
Emma is a member of the Association of Pension Lawyers and sits on its Pensions Litigation sub committee. She is a regular speaker at seminars.
