Chaz is an of counsel of the Asia M&A team, based in Hong Kong for over a decade.

He focuses on strategic cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture transactions, reorganisations and joint ventures. Sectors of particular experience and interest include consumer, diversified industrials, energy and infrastructure and technology, media and telecoms.

From a secondment to a multinational internet company, Chaz understands his clients need results which satisfy their internal and external stakeholders and align with their own priorities and risk tolerance.
