Practice notes

Karim is an associate in the corporate and commercial practice group and is based in our Doha office. Prior to joining the firm, he trained at our offices and another international law firm in Paris focusing on corporate and energy, and worked for two years at a well renowned law firm in Beirut.

Karim’s experience includes transactional and advisory work in corporate and energy deals. He also has experience with PPPs, funds, publicly traded companies, local and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate transactions, corporate restructuring, joint ventures, and corporate due diligence.

Karim is fluent in English, French and Arabic.

Qualifications:

- LL.B, University of Saint-Joseph in Beirut (Honors)
- Master 1 in Private International Law, University of Saint-Joseph in Beirut
- LL.M, Georgetown University (Magna Cum Laude, Honoree – Dean’s List)
