Katharina Kurch is an Associate in the Employment and Labour Law practice group at Eversheds Sutherland in Dusseldorf.
Katharina advises national and international companies on all areas of employment and labour law, both in and out of court.
She specialises in advising companies inter alia with regard to restructuring and reorganizational measures as well as providing labour law advice on disputes related to works constitution law.
Katharina is a member of Deutsche Juristinnen Bund e.V. (djb).
Katharina studied law with a focus on employment and labour law as well as social security at the University of Bonn. Following her first state examination, Katharina worked as a research assistant for a law firm with a focus on employment and labour law.
She completed her legal traineeship at Koblenz Higher Regional Court. Katharina already joined Eversheds Sutherland during her law firm stage in the area of M&A and during her elective stage in the area of employment and labour law.
