Richard is a partner in our real estate group focussing upon our institutional client base, property companies and, more recently, high net-worth overseas investors.

His recent experience includes: 

  • Establishing the market’s first property Authorised Contractual Scheme for Scottish Widows, followed by the second for Royal London
  • Selling 47-50 New Bond Street to Oxford Properties/Richemont JV for £198m
  • The sale of Bedfont Lakes to M&G’s PAIF for £166m
  • Acquiring, financing and developing a 275 unit residential site at Battersea for Avanton together with a new headquarters for The Royal Academy of Dance
  • Acquiring various corporate wrapped structures for a variety of development/investments
  • Acquisition of various Mayfair sites and subsequent redevelopment into residential apartments

He is regarded by Chambers and Legal 500 as a leading individual.
