Samuel is an Associate in our real estate litigation group. Sam advises on all aspects of commercial property disputes including dilapidations, forfeiture, lease renewals, breach of covenant, injunctions, recovery of arrears and nuisance. Sam is experienced on advising landlord's in relation to complex vacant possession strategies and development constraints.
Sam acts for institutional landlords, utility providers, retailers, developers and financial institutions.
Sam’s recent experience includes:
- ongoing advice to a KAM client regarding vacant possession to facilitate two separate multi billion pound proposed developments
- dealing with a substantial dilapidations claim against a financial institution which resolved early in proceedings at a significantly lower sum than budgeted for
- obtaining urgent injunctions against Persons Unknown to assist in preventing continuing protests
Sam regularly delivers training both internally and externally.
