Laetitia is an associate in the Human Resources Practice Group in Belgium. She joined Eversheds Sutherland in 2020 after several years of experience as a pensions lawyer in another law firm.

She holds a Master’s degree in Law, with a specialisation in social law, from the University of Brussels (Vrije Universiteit Brussel). Her Master’s thesis concerned pension law and studied the relation between the retirement age and the retirement career length, with respect to both the statutory and occupational pensions.

Her daily practice focuses on advising Belgian and international companies on all aspects of individual and collective employment law and pension law. She also represents clients before Belgian courts.

Laetitia is natively Dutch speaking and is fluent in French and English.

Laetitia has been a member of the Brussels Bar since September 2015.
