Gaelle Le Quillec is a Partner in the International Litigation and Arbitration practice of the Paris office. She specializes in international commercial arbitration and investment arbitration.

Gaelle has a strong experience in various sectors with a focus on aerospace, construction, defence, energy, transport, construction and hospitality. She has been involved in many complex arbitration cases in Europe, Middle-East and Africa and regularly sits as arbitrator in commercial disputes.

Regularly ranked in legal independent guides, Gaelle is notably praised for her work in Legal 500, Who's Who Legal but also in French magazine Décideurs. Clients say 'The team is easy to reach and finds fast, thoughtful and effective solutions that answer complicated issues.' As part of the Palmarès du Droit, her team won the bronze award in Arbitration in 2020.

Before co-founding Betto Seraglini in 2013, Gaelle spent several years at Hogan Lovells, Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton in New York and Paris offices and also at Gide.

Member of the Paris and new York Bars, Gaelle is also a member of the ICC Task Force on Arbitration of Climate Change Related Disputes, as well as of the International Arbitration Institute (IAI) and of ArbitralWomen. She holds a LLM from the University of Georgetown in Washington DC and a postgraduate degree in litigation and arbitration from Paris II Pantheon-Assas University.

Associée du bureau de Paris, Gaëlle Le Quillec est avocate au sein du département Contentieux et Arbitrage International. Elle est spécialisée en arbitrage commercial international et en arbitrage d’investissement.

Gaëlle intervient principalement dans les secteurs de l'aéronautique, de la défense, de l'énergie, de l’hôtellerie, des transports et de la construction. Régulièrement nommée en qualité d’arbitre, elle possède une grande expérience en matière d'arbitrage complexe en Europe, au Moyen-Orient et en Afrique.

Régulièrement classée dans les guides juridiques indépendants, Gaëlle est notamment citée dans Legal 500, Who’s Who legal mais également dans le magazine Décideurs. Selon les clients, son équipe "est facile d'accès et trouve des solutions rapides, réfléchies et efficaces qui répondent à des problèmes complexes." Avocate aux Barreaux de Paris et de New York, membre du Comité Français de l’Arbitrage, Gaëlle a également été membre du Conseil de l’Ordre des Avocats du Barreau de Paris de 2015 à 2017. Elle est titulaire d’un LLM de l’Université de Georgetown (Washington DC) et d’un DESS en contentieux, arbitrage et modes alternatifs de règlement des conflits de l’Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas.
