Maggie is an Associate in the Banking and Finance team of our Hong Kong office. Maggie has experience in a range of corporate and financing matters, including cross border acquisition, real estate finance, acquisition finance and general lending for Hong Kong, PRC and international clients. She is developing industry experience in the renewable energy sector and sustainable investment. She has client secondment experience at the Hong Kong office of a leading global asset management firm.

Maggie joined us in 2019 as a trainee solicitor and has gained exposure in various transactional and advisory matters through training with the Banking and Finance, Corporate and Litigation and Dispute Management teams.

Maggie holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Social Sciences (Government and Laws) from The University of Hong Kong, where she obtained her Postgraduate Certificate in Laws with a distinction.
