Practice notes

Simon is a principal solicitor in our Managed Legal Services group, specialising in contentious and non-contentious construction and engineering matters.

He advises on all aspects of the procurement and management of construction contracts as well as dispute resolution. For the last ten years, Simon’s focus has been on the regulated English water sector and he is familiar with procurement, environmental and regulatory constraints that apply to projects in these areas.

Simon is currently the lead construction lawyer within the Managed Legal Service provided for Thames Water and has primary responsibility for advising on their £2.5bn programme of works.
