Practice notes

Viktoria is a Senior Associate in the Labour and Employment Law practice group at Eversheds Sutherland in Munich, where she works in the area of Industrial Relations.

As a certified employment and labour law specialist, she provides advice in all areas of labour and employment law. Her activity focusses on all matters related to works constitution and collective bargaining law.

Furthermore, she provides advice within the framework of restructuring processes, transfers of business and entering into and changing collective bargaining commitments as well as any associated industrial actions. Viktoria also represents companies before German labour courts, particularly in unfair dismissal proceedings and disputes with works councils.

Viktoria studied law at the University of Regensburg. Following her studies, she completed her legal traineeship in Regensburg and Sydney, Australia.

Viktoria joined Eversheds Sutherland in 2014.

Victoria's recent experience includes:

  • Many years of labour and employment law advice and ongoing representation in labour courts for a retail chain of organic supermarkets
  • Ongoing advice to a company in the metal and electrical industry regarding the evaluation and organisation of the use of third-party contractors in the business
  • Labour and employment law advice and representation of a globally operating industrial services provider, particularly regarding works council matters
  • Providing legal support to a company from the metal and electrical industry with respect to restructuring measures
  • Strategic assessment and industry assignment for several establishments of a metal processing company with respect to the potentially applicable collective agreements
