Christian Lindner is a Counsel in the Corporate and M&A practice group at Eversheds Sutherland in Munich.

He advises clients on commercial and corporate law matters, in particular in the context of cross-border company acquisitions and mergers, national and international private equity transactions, joint ventures, leveraged buyouts as well as restructurings.

Christian is the author of various specialist articles regarding insolvency and corporate law. After having obtained his degree at the University of Göttingen, he wrote his doctoral thesis on an insolvency law topic.

Before joining Eversheds Sutherland, Christian worked for an international law firm in the area of private equity.

Christian is recommended for M&A by Best Lawyers/Handelsblatt in the young talent category "Ones to Watch".

His experience includes:

• Advising Schneider Electric on the sale of a German subsidiary to Factory Systemes Groupe S.A.S.
• Advising Sherwin-Williams on the acquisition of a German lacquers and paints manufacturer
• Advising Ricoh on the acquisition of DocuWare GmbH, a leading developer of systems for information processing and communication
• Advising Bright Horizon on the acquisition of a minority interest in PME Familienservice GmbH
