As a business lawyer of our China Desk, Elva specialises in advising Chinese companies on carrying out business in Germany as well as on the development of German companies in China. She supports us on legal matters involved in China-Germany transactions.

Elva studied English and law in Beijing and Augsburg and obtained Master’s degrees in law in both China and Germany. She passed the Chinese National BAR Examination in 2008.

She is a member of the German-Chinese Association for Industry 4.0 e.V. (Deutsch-Chinesischer Verein für Industrie 4.0 e.V.).

Before joining us in December 2015, Elva worked for several law firms in Munich and gathered practical experience in the fields of Corporate Law, Capital Market Law, Bank Law, Intellectual Property Law, Competition Law and Anti-Trust Law. She delivered training and lectures to Chinese companies from different sectors.
