Igor Livchitz’s areas of expertise include international contract law, acquisitions, M&A, Russian legislation, joint venture projects, and associated issues. The projects in which Igor has participated have also involved intellectual property law and investment activities. In the projects, Igor has worked in cooperation at government level.
