Practice notes

Polly is a Senior Associate in the Banking and Finance Group and is based in the London office. Her practice areas cover a wide range of corporate banking transactions, asset backed transactions and debt securitisations. Polly also has experience working on real estate finance transactions including investment and development finance and senior and mezzanine lending.

Polly has experience in acting for borrowers, lenders and investors operating in a range of finance sectors and jurisdictions, including France, Germany, Luxembourg, Poland, Czech Republic, Cayman Islands, Seychelles, Jersey, Guernsey, the United States of America, the British Virgin Islands and the Middle East.

Polly has also spent time working in the corporate banking team of a leading global bank at its London office, on client secondment.
