Andy is a Senior Associate in our corporate group and has a particular focus on clean energy. He specialises in all aspects of corporate finance work including public and private mergers and acquisitions (both local and multi-jurisdictional), private equity transactions and joint ventures.

He has recently acted for the shareholders on the £220m acquisition of Thornton & Ross Limited by Stada AG, a German listed pharmaceutical manufacturer. He has advised on a disposal of consented onshore windfarm projects and a solar farm portfolio.
