Lorenzo è associato presso il dipartimento di diritto della concorrenza, regolazione e tutela del consumatore. Ha maturato esperienza nell’ambito del diritto della concorrenza a livello nazionale e comunitario, prestando consulenza alle imprese su problematiche concorrenziali e assistenza nei procedimenti avviati dall’ Autorità Garante della Concorrenza e del Mercato e dalla Commissione Europea, nonché nella notifica delle operazioni di concentrazione e di Golden Power.
Dopo la laurea in giurisprudenza presso l’Università degli Studi di Roma Tre, ha conseguito il master di II livello in Diritto della concorrenza e dell’innovazione presso la LUISS School of Law e ha preso parte a due summer law schools in materia di competition law.
Dopo la pratica forense presso uno studio boutique specializzato in appalti, ha svolto uno stage presso il dipartimento di Intellectual Property della società Guccio Gucci S.p.A.. Successivamente ha collaborato per due anni con il dipartimento Antitrust di Legance acquisendo una specifica competenza nelle tematiche relative alla notifica di operazioni di concentrazione e Golden Power.
È un avvocato abilitato in Italia.
Lorenzo is an associate at the Department of Competition Law, Regulation and Consumer Protection. He has gained experience in the field of competition law at national and EU level, advising companies on competition issues and assisting them in proceedings initiated by the Italian Competition Authority and the European Commission, as well as in the notification of mergers and Golden Power transactions.
After graduating in law at the University of Roma Tre, he obtained a Master's degree in Competition and Innovation Law at the LUISS School of Law and attended two summer law schools on competition law.
After the legal practice in a boutique firm specialized in private tenders, he worked as an intern in the Intellectual Property department of Guccio Gucci S.p.A.. Subsequently, he collaborated for two years with the Antitrust Department of Legance acquiring a specific expertise in issues related to the notification of mergers and Golden Power transactions.
He is a qualified lawyer in Italy.
