Sasha is a Principal associate in our Human Resources practice group having qualified in 2009. She specialises in providing advice and support to employers on employment law and business immigration.

Sasha acts for a broad range of clients across a number of sectors, including transport, education and retail. Sasha has completed a secondment at the in-house legal team of a major client in the transport sector.

Sasha advises businesses and organisations on strategic people management issues in relation to matters such as: managing complex investigations, disciplinaries and grievances, discrimination issues, sickness and absence management and business restructuring and reorganisation.

Sasha has particular experience in handling Employment Tribunal claims, and has experience covering issues such as unfair dismissal, breach of contract, whistleblowing, and discrimination of all types.

Sasha also provides immigration advice to businesses including:

  • obtaining permission for applicants to live and work in the UK;
  • advising on employer obligations as licenced sponsors; and
  • illegal working and right to work.

Sasha enjoys delivering training and regularly speaks at client and public seminars on immigration and employment law.
